We deliver across Pakistan, including major cities and selected remote areas, subject to courier service availability.

2. Order Processing Time

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may take additional time to process.
We may contact you by phone or WhatsApp to confirm your order before dispatch.

3. Delivery Time

Major cities: Approximately 3–5 business days.
Other cities: Approximately 4–7 business days.
Remote areas: Delivery may take 5–10 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, public holidays, or other unexpected circumstances.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges will be displayed at checkout or communicated before order confirmation, where applicable. Any free-shipping offer will be mentioned separately.

5. Payment Method

Cash on Delivery (COD) may be available in selected locations, depending on courier service availability. Available payment options will be confirmed during checkout.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details may be shared through SMS, WhatsApp, or email, where available.

7. Incorrect Address or Contact Details

Please provide your correct name, phone number, complete address, and a nearby landmark when placing an order. MS MART will not be responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete information.

8. Delayed or Undelivered Orders

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact our customer support team. We will do our best to help you check the shipment status.

9. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible and provide clear photos or videos of the issue. Your request will be reviewed according to our Return & Refund Policy.
